Opportunity Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to take ownership of high‑profile smart building and AV integration projects across a prestigious London client portfolio.
You will manage the full project lifecycle—from bid and design stages through procurement, installation, commissioning, and final handover. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure the seamless delivery of specialist AV and smart building technologies, maintaining exceptional standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage AV and smart building projects from initial bid through to completion.
- Oversee design development, procurement, on‑site installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and regular progress updates.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
- Support ongoing service, maintenance, and post‑installation requirements across established client sites.
