Are you a skilled Security Service Engineer looking to work with the best clients, the best systems, and be rewarded accordingly?
We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious security company specialising in high-end domestic properties for celebrities, high net worth individuals, and luxury residences across London.
This isn't your average service role. You'll be working in some of London's most exclusive properties, where quality of service, discretion, and technical excellence are non-negotiable.
THE ROLE
As a Security Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and responding to call-outs across a portfolio of premium residential clients. You'll be the face of the company, so professionalism, communication, and customer service are just as important as your technical ability.
What you'll be doing:
- Servicing and maintaining intruder alarm and CCTV systems in high-end residential properties
- Responding to breakdowns and emergency call-outs with urgency and professionalism
- Building strong relationships with discerning clients who expect exceptional service
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard with meticulous attention to detail
- Keeping accurate service records and liaising with the office team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong technical knowledge of intruder alarm systems and CCTV systems
- Excellent customer service skills – you'll be dealing with high-profile, high-expectation clients
- Professional, presentable, and articulate with a calm, reassuring manner
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload efficiently
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ideally, experience working in domestic or high-end residential environments
THE PACKAGE
This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity, both professionally and financially.
Salary: Up to £42,000 basic
OTE: £55,000+ (with commission and overtime)
